SECTION 01
Product Positioning
This is an electric fuel pump for the fuel supply system of gasoline electronic fuel injection (EFI) vehicles, covering a wide range of models and engine displacements. We do not compete on headline specifications—we concentrate cost on the ten core components that determine service life and failure rate, from copper wire purity and commutator material to wear-resistant impeller compound and housing anti-corrosion treatment.
Core components upgraded
Laboratory test capabilities
In-house production stages
Housing salt-spray protection
OE-grade positioning
Copper purity ≥99.95%, graphite/silver-copper alloy commutators, branded wear-resistant PPS impeller and brush holder, and 72-hour salt-spray protection.
More competitive pricing
The material grade is positioned near OE quality while remaining more competitive than original OE brands.

3–6. Operating Performance, Flow & Current, and Service Life
| Test item | Requirement / result |
|---|---|
| Check valve at 100 ± 5 kPa | Reverse leakage ≤10 mL/h |
| Operating noise | ≤50 dB |
| Working pressure | 0.4–0.6 MPa; peak pressure 1.1 MPa |
| 0.4 MPa · DC 12 V · D40 | Flow ≥115 L/h; current ≤6.5 A |
| 0.5 MPa · DC 12 V · D40 | Flow ≥100 L/h; current ≤7 A |
| 0.6 MPa · DC 12 V · D40 | Flow ≥85 L/h; current ≤7.5 A |
| Service life comparison | Copper commutator >2000 h / 80,000 km; carbon commutator >3000 h / 120,000 km, converted at 40 km/h. |
Test conclusion in the source document: at all three pressure points, measured flow was above the standard lower limit and measured current below the standard upper limit. PASS.
SECTION 04–05
Ten Core Components & Part-by-Part Comparison
The PDF compares the following ten component groups by material, process and expected customer benefit.
| No. | Component | Our fuel pump core | Ordinary competitors |
|---|---|---|---|
| 01 | Copper wire | Pure copper ≥99.95%, high-temperature enamel-coated wire | Low-temperature-grade copper or reduced cross-section |
| 02 | Commutator | Carbon graphite / silver-copper alloy commutator | Ordinary pure copper, lower wear resistance |
| 03 | Impeller | Wear-resistant engineering plastic / branded Syensqo PPS | Ordinary recycled material |
| 04 | Carbon brush | Electrographitic carbon brush, fuel-resistant and quiet | Hard ordinary graphite, more sparking and wear |
| 05 | Brush holder | Wear-resistant engineering plastic / branded PPS | Recycled PPS or temperature-unstable material |
| 06 | Outlet cover | Fuel-resistant copolymer POM + GF25% | Recycled POM or temperature-unstable material |
| 07 | Rotor / armature | Baosteel shaft Gr15 and silicon-steel laminations | Unstable motor performance and heat build-up |
| 08 | Magnet segments | High-performance magnet segments | Unstable motor performance and heat build-up |
| 09 | Pump chamber / inlet cover | Hard aluminium alloy, hard anodising and wear-resistant bearing | Low precision and poor wear resistance |
