Published: August 18, 2026 | Category: Fuel System | By Fob Auto Parts

Looking for a reliable replacement fuel pump assembly for your Toyota RAV4, Corolla, or Lexus UX350H? Our 77020 series covers three popular OEM-spec fuel pump modules — including both brushless and brushed motor options — engineered to match original performance and fitment.

Three Models, One Trusted Series

① 77020-0R060 Brushless Motor

OEM: 77020-0R060

Application: Toyota RAV4 (XA30/XA40) Hybrid variants

Type: Fuel Pump Assembly — Brushless Motor

Designed specifically for the RAV4 Hybrid platform, this brushless pump delivers superior longevity and quieter operation compared to traditional brushed motors. The brushless design eliminates carbon brush wear, resulting in a longer service life and more consistent fuel delivery throughout the pump's lifespan.

② 77020-02A00 Brushed Motor

OEM: 77020-02A00

Application: 2020–2022 Toyota Corolla (E210)

Type: Fuel Pump Assembly — Brushed Motor

A direct-fit replacement for the 12th-generation Toyota Corolla. This brushed motor pump is a cost-effective solution that maintains OEM-level fuel pressure and flow rate. Ideal for owners seeking dependable daily-driver performance without the premium of brushless technology.

③ 77020-0R061

OEM: 77020-0R061

Application: 2019–2025 Toyota RAV4 (XA50) / Lexus UX350H 2.5L (Overseas/Export Market)

Type: Fuel Pump Assembly

Engineered for the latest-generation RAV4 and the Lexus UX350H hybrid crossover, this pump serves the overseas/export market configuration. It supports the 2.5L hybrid powertrain and meets the fuel delivery specifications required for both Toyota and Lexus platforms sharing the same TNGA architecture.

Brushless vs. Brushed — Which One Do You Need?

Brushless Motor (77020-0R060): No carbon brushes to wear out. Longer lifespan (typically 2–3× brushed motors), quieter operation, more stable fuel pressure over time. Best for hybrid vehicles and owners who plan long-term ownership.

Brushed Motor (77020-02A00): Proven technology, lower upfront cost, easy to service. A solid choice for conventional gasoline engines where cost-effectiveness is the priority.

Symptoms of a Failing Fuel Pump

Why Choose Fob Auto Parts?

Installation Tips

  1. Relieve fuel system pressure before disconnecting any lines (pull the fuel pump fuse and run the engine until it stalls)
  2. Disconnect the negative battery terminal
  3. Access the fuel pump module through the rear seat or trunk floor access panel (Toyota RAV4 and Corolla both have access panels)
  4. Disconnect electrical connectors and fuel lines — have a rag ready for residual fuel
  5. Remove the retaining ring and carefully lift out the old pump module
  6. Transfer the fuel level sender unit if not included with the new assembly
  7. Install the new pump with a new O-ring/gasket — do not reuse old seals
  8. Reconnect everything, turn ignition to ON (don't start) to prime the system, check for leaks, then start
💡 Pro Tip: Always replace the fuel pump strainer (sock filter) at the same time. A clogged strainer is the #1 cause of premature fuel pump failure. If your vehicle has over 100,000 km, consider replacing the entire module assembly rather than just the pump motor.
