Front drum brake wheel cylinder 41100-0T010 for the Nissan Atlas II (F23 / H41 / H42) cab-over truck, built 1993 to 1997. Bore 1-1/8 inch (28.58 mm), M10 x 1.25 inlet thread, grey cast iron body, TRW cross reference BWN700. It is the matching part to 41101-0T010 on the opposite side of the front axle.\n\nThe housing is a single grey cast iron casting with thick walls, chosen because the H41 cab-over truck puts a heavy load on the front circuit under full payload braking. The bore is honed in two passes for roundness and straightness, the pistons are hard anodised against wear, and the cups use Japanese EPDM compound that keeps its shape in DOT4 fluid at working temperature.\n\nFitting notes: clamp the hose, pull the drum, unhook the shoes and the return springs, then crack the hydraulic line loose before unbolting the two flange bolts. Clean the backing plate and put a thin film of brake grease only on the shoe contact pads, never on the bore or the lining. Torque the bolts evenly so the cylinder does not sit cocked, adjust the shoe clearance and bleed until the pedal is firm.\n\nFailure shows up first as a damp patch at the dust boot, then as a pedal that fades when the truck is braked repeatedly loaded downhill.
